Before you buy

How do I get the files after I pay?

Immediately. The moment PayPal confirms your payment you land on a download page with every file on it, and a confirmation email arrives with a link back to that page whenever you want it again. Nobody has to send you anything by hand.

What format are the files in?

Editable Microsoft Excel and Word files, plus print-ready PDFs where a form is meant to go out to the floor. Each product page lists exactly what is in it. There are no macros to enable and nothing to install.

Can we rebrand these with our own logo?

Yes. Everything is unlocked and editable, including headers and footers. Under the standard single-company licence you can use and modify them freely inside your business — you just cannot resell or redistribute them.

Is this a subscription?

No. Every product is a one-time purchase and the files are yours to keep. There is no licence server, no account required and no renewal.

What if a new version comes out?

Your download page updates with it at no extra cost. Buy once, and you keep getting the improvements to what you bought.

Do I need an account?

No. Checkout is guest-only by design — a name and an email address is all we ask for, and the email is where your download link goes.

What if something is wrong with a file?

Email us and we will fix it or refund you. These are our own tools, used on a real floor; if one of them does not work for you we would rather know.

Can you build us something custom instead?

That is the main business — the shop is the packaged end of it. If a toolkit gets you most of the way but you need the system behind it, get in touch.
