What a first conversation looks like
Twenty minutes, no slides. You describe the process that annoys you most; we ask about how it works now and what breaks. If there's something worth building, we'll sketch a phase one and what it would cost. If there isn't, we'll say so — that's worth more to both of us than a project that doesn't stick.
